We had a fantastic stay at a lovely apartment in a great location. The host, Kristina, was friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the water. The nearby restaurants and supermarket were convenient. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.

it was located in a beautiful area very close to the harbour, restaurants and bus stop, besides, we could walk to lapad beach, which was 10 minutes away.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed - a large bedroom, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sitting area. We were pleasantly surprised to find not one, but two balconies, one offering a stunning view of the water. The location was ideal, just a short 10-12 minute bus ride away from the bustling old town. Within a 5-minute walk, we had access to a convenient grocery store and a variety of charming restaurants along a lovely walking path. The nearby beach was a hit with the kids too.

For dads, it would be great to have a few more comfortable seating options or a comfy lounger in the apartment. While there was a note in the house rules stating that cleaning was our responsibility, having a maid service available would have been an added convenience for families with children.

Nice accommodation with views over marina, appreciated it. The location was super, we could drive to Old Town in about 10 minutes. Thanks to affable and good staff who made our stay a very comfortable experience. Nice building, where we stayed.

We had really comfortable trip. Employees were affable and nice. Everything was simply great. It had a marvellous and good location to local buses close by.

The rooms at Adria Apartments And Rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a homely vibe. They have a seating area with a satellite TV, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Dubrovnik. The private bathrooms are clean and come with complimentary toiletries. Plus, having a fridge, microwave, and toaster in the room is super convenient for making coffee and snacks whenever we wanted.

Personally, I found the lack of a balcony in some units a little disappointing. But hey, that's just my preference!

It was magnificent and perfect right next to the bus stop. Moreover, it was next to eateries, the old town and Lapad beach and restaurants.

Having a furnished kitchen and dining area in the apartments was a great feature. The air-conditioning in every unit made our stay pleasant even during hot summer days. Some units even had a balcony, which offered a lovely view.

Personally, I found the microwave and toaster in the room unnecessary.
